Once we receive your order, we will perform a payment authorization check to ensure sufficient funds are available. If the authorization is successful, your card will be charged. This payment acts as a deposit for the product(s) you’ve ordered. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which also serves as proof of full payment.

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, production begins only after your payment has been confirmed.

To complete your purchase, click “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” on our website. You will be securely redirected to a payment gateway to enter your card details or use PayPal. All transactions are processed through PayPal, and the charge will appear on your statement as a PayPal transaction.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, whether it’s PayPal or your credit/debit card.

Your credit card information is never stored or processed on estelist.com servers, and we guarantee that your details are not shared with any third parties.
